Delivery Policy for Dina Fine Jewellery

Free Delivery Within the UK

At Dina Fine Jewellery, we offer complimentary delivery on all orders within the UK.

Once your purchase is finalised, we will contact you to confirm your preferred method of receiving your jewellery—either collecting it directly from our Hatton Garden showroom or opting for our secure delivery service.

Delivery Details

If you choose delivery, please ensure you are available to sign for your item, or provide an authorised recipient to do so on your behalf. We will notify you a day before delivery to help you make arrangements.

For made-to-order jewellery, items usually take 3 to 4 weeks to craft. We will confirm the exact timeline when you place your order. If you need your item sooner, please contact us before ordering, as we may be able to accommodate expedited production and shipping.

UK Delivery Service

All items shipped within the UK are delivered using:
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service)

This ensures your jewellery is tracked, fully insured, and arrives promptly.

Packaging

Your Dina jewellery will be beautifully presented in a luxurious case. For security and discretion, the outer protective packaging will be plain, with no branding or indication of the contents. The return address will be listed as "Dina London" for insurance purposes.

Collection Option

If you prefer, you can collect your jewellery from our Hatton Garden showroom. The person collecting the item must be the one who placed the order and will need to present proof of identity.

Insurance Recommendation

While your order is fully insured by Dina Fine Jewellery during transit, we recommend arranging insurance coverage for your item once it is in your possession.

At Dina, we take pride in ensuring that every piece of fine jewellery is delivered securely and discreetly, with exceptional care and attention to detail.
At Dina Fine Jewellery, we are confident that you will love your purchase. However, should you need to return an item, the following guidelines apply.

Please note: we currently only ship and accept returns within the UK.

Items Excluded from Our Returns Policy

Bespoke commissions, personalised items, engraved pieces, and quick turnaround orders are non-returnable unless the item is found to be faulty. This includes adjustments such as resizing or alterations after purchase.

Return Guidelines

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

The original GIA certificate or gemstone grading report, along with all accompanying paperwork, must be included.

Jewellery with missing diamonds or gemstones, or items that have been adjusted by another jeweller or third party, cannot be returned.

If your purchase meets these criteria, a refund will be issued within 28 days of the item being returned.

GIA Certificate Replacement Fees

If the GIA certificate is missing, we can arrange a replacement. However, as this process is lengthy and costly, we reserve the right to deduct a £450 fee per certificate to cover these costs from your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery (through no fault of your own), we will arrange for it to be repaired, replaced, or fully refunded.

Exchanges

In certain circumstances, we may consider offering an exchange for an item of similar or greater value within 15 days of purchase, subject to management’s discretion.

An exchange may incur restocking or production fees. If a bespoke or quick-turnaround order is cancelled during production, costs incurred up to that stage may also apply.

Preparing Your Return

All returns must be pre-arranged with a Dina Fine Jewellery consultant.

Steps to Return Your Item

Confirm your return with your Dina Fine Jewellery point of contact.

Package the item in its original packaging, including all certificates and paperwork.

Avoid mentioning jewellery or valuables on the package to ensure security. Instead, address the package as follows:

“[Name of Consultant]”

Use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed for all returns within the UK. Ensure the parcel is tracked, insured, and proof of posting is obtained.

Please note: we do not cover return shipping costs, including those for resizing, alterations, or other adjustments.

Important Notes

Returns not pre-arranged or those that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected, and Dina Fine Jewellery will not be liable to refund, repair, or replace the item.

Any replaced or newly set ring is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
