Production typically takes 3–4 weeks.

Once your ring is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days within the UK.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer express or urgent orders?

We will confirm whether a faster turnaround is possible depending on the design and production schedule.

How long does it take to create a bespoke ring?

When will I receive my tracking details?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?

Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned.

For standard jewellery items, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery if the item is faulty or damaged.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Can I cancel my order?


Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of purchase.

After this time, production may have already started and cancellation may not be possible.
